All those who cry out now should immediately disappear to a communist country. What this SPÖ or even more Faymann does is a dictatorship of his own kind. A huge mess to exclude a third of the voters and the third party, which is almost equally strong. And the eternal loudmouths who hatred the FPÖ should open their eyes. We have had enough with all these asylum theaters.

We’re fed up with this gay hype too. Come back down to earth folks. Get back to normal like our ancestors were. Since there were no reprimands for slapping the bottom, etc. nobody was upset. But that’s already more than hysterical. And then to call the FPÖ agitator is the very last thing and lousy.

@elcordes: You don’t have to ask anyone to leave the country because they don’t support the F’s mendacious policies. But you leave a great picture here. Against asylum seekers, against homosexuals, but in return for physical violence against children. They fit the FPÖ. congratulation

And the F can get 100 percent of the vote, I still find it anti-democratic, inhuman, inflammatory, corrupt and lying. And as long as it tries to divide society and attacks everyone and everything, I also support the “exclusion”. They should behave like decent people, then they will be treated like decent people …..

And that is also possible as an opposition party. But that would require content, visions and programs. And as long as they are missing, a hatschi can only agitate.

I mean, that would be another opportunity as left-wing radical students to hold a demo against the right and demolish half of Vienna’s city center in order to save democracy ??? Especially students from the Vienna University of Economics are known for this.

The dear Trude should finally use her undoubtedly existing energy for pro actions and not constantly in contra. It already seems to me to be a premature rebirth from the black Neugebauer. Demanding tolerance and being great is apparently a difficult balancing act!

Whether Niessl’s hussar ride is related to the fact that his wife asked him to go to bed with a liberal country gendarme so that he can remain governor and disrespectfully put her on the ballot box with her dog. That can only be an indication of what Niessl thinks of the voices of the Burgenlanders. This is pure political megalomania.

Kreisky (SPÖ) also dared such a “hussar ride” in the 1970s and initiated the greatest socio-political successes of the Second Republic. So-called left do-gooders didn’t bother because of a Nazi past …. Burgenland will once again leave all the other 8 federal states behind!

what’s upset this ultra-left mr-chick? The Viennese sleeper group around Faymann and Häupl was the first to cause the whole disaster, the constantly smiling person can only dream of over 40% like niessl, he has led the spö to the third position – and lets himself be fooled by the Övp every day. bravo hans niessl and congratulations on courage to really change something

What was it called earlier? Last Kreisky and his team work. I would say let Niessl and his team work and then complaints shouldn’t go well, it can’t get any worse than with the ÖVP and with the Greens it would be a disaster anyway , because they are only good for the money and are good for bike paths.

Bravo Niessl! If your motifs are not noble either, you are doing everything right. For Michl from Veltlin the “joint” is one in a thousand. On the one hand, he already has a scapegoat for the defeat that he would have suffered without your coalition. With this expected defeat in Vienna and Upper Austria, the “Wernerle advertisement” will be hot on the feet. Off with him!

What a discipline-free bunch that is! Faymann and Darabos in the party headquarters give Niessl free rein and more and more criticize Faymann for it Co. The youth even want to demonstrate against their own party. (It was not the FPÖ, but the SPÖ that invited coalition negotiations). – And that was long overdue in terms of democratic politics!

Niessl has always been a sensitive person and definitely doesn’t want to end up like Häupl. Burgenland has also benefited enormously from Objective 1 of the EU. With SPÖ-FPÖ one can expect the long overdue socio-political upswing. It was Vrantzky who unconditionally chained the SPÖ to the ÖVP.

The decision for one
red-blue coalition in Burgenland
is almost always rejected in the Federal SPÖ. That became clear before a board meeting on Monday evening. Governor Hans Niessl (SPÖ) was unaffected by the fact that red-blue was the only possible option. The former SPÖ member Sonja Ablinger is leaving the party.
The reason she named among other things the coalition of SPÖ and FPÖ in Burgenland, reported the “Kurier” (Tuesday edition). Ablinger was left behind in an internal party conflict over the mandate that had become vacant after the death of National Council President Barbara Prammer against the trade unionist Walter Schopf.
“For me a limit has been reached. It is no longer possible,” said Ablinger. Leaving the party is not an easy one, but given the direction in which the SPÖ has developed, it is essential. The fact that Burgenland’s governor Hans Niessl (SPÖ) announced that he would be negotiating a coalition with the state FPÖ already “shocked” Ablinger, according to his own statement. The former MP also criticized Federal Chancellor Faymann (SPÖ) for his “cautious reaction”.
Outrage over red-blue
The presidium was convened at short notice after violent indignation rose in the party about the red-blue cooperation, which was also fueled by the fact that a coalition with the FPÖ should actually be excluded by a federal party convention resolution. No one in front of the Presidium asked that the countries should be granted special rights.

On the contrary, Tyrolean head of state Ingo Mayr made it clear that federal party conference resolutions also had to apply in the states. Vienna’s mayor Michael Häupl, as state chairman, certainly understands that a certain degree of autonomy is needed, but for him, too, the following applies: Federal party convention resolutions must be adhered to.
Niessl: Pragmatic Approach
Niessl himself was of the opinion that one should talk about whether a regulation could be found here that differentiated between the federal government and the states. He countered the fact that he did not adhere to the party congress resolution with the ballot held by his state party at the grassroots level, which opened the red-blue option. In general, the coalition with the Freedom Party came about as a “pragmatic approach”, since it was the only chance for a stable government.
Häupl did not want to assess whether red-blue in Burgenland could harm him in the Vienna elections in autumn and did not want to blame Niessl: “I personally have no disturbed relationship with my friend Hans Niessl.” It is already clear that the Viennese SPÖ will not enter into government cooperation with the Freedom Party.
No license for countries
Chancellor and party leader Werner Faymann also assured this: “At the federal level there is no coalition with the FPÖ. It will stay that way.” After the meeting, the SPÖ boss emphasized in his short stand-up press conference that essentially everyone in the party agreed not to enter into a coalition in the federal government with an FPÖ that stood for hatred. There will probably not be any carte blanche for the countries to do this at their level. Faymann emphasized that a party congress resolution would be needed and he saw no need for it.
Faymann saw neither a major split in the party nor a leadership debate. It has always existed in the SPÖ that people sometimes have different opinions. Here the chairmen are not always elected with 100 but sometimes only 80 or 83 percent, Faymann alluded to his own weak results at the past two party conferences.
Kaiser expresses understanding
Carinthia’s governor Peter Kaiser was unable to report any good experiences in working with the Freedom Party. However, he was the only one who showed understanding for Niessl. If he hadn’t entered into cooperation with the FPÖ, someone else would have done so, Kaiser said, referring to the Burgenland ÖVP.

According to the announcement, the situation in Styria after the state elections there should also be discussed at the meeting. However, Governor Franz Voves is not a member of the Presidium and his deputy, Regional Councilor Siegfried Stepwieser, was excused. At least Defense Minister Gerald Klug, as the representative of the Styrian Social Democrats, was able to assure that there was a “clear preference” for the continuation of the “reform partnership” with the ÖVP.
ÖGB President Erich Foglar did not want to make any substantive evaluations before the start of the Presidium. Only that the situation was not good and that he was naturally not happy about it, said the union chief. FSG chairman Wolfgang Katzian had already made it clear to the APA in the afternoon that he should clearly reject red-blue.
SJ demonstrates
The youth organizations also represent this line. The socialist youth demonstrated in a small group in front of parliament against red-blue, the more moderate young generation made it clear through their boss Katharina Kucharowits at the presidium that they reject the coalition with the FPÖ. Kucharowits is particularly bothered by the fact that Niessl, a deputy party chairman, is breaking a party conference resolution.
We are already waiting for the members of the presidium!

No Darabos successor yet
Rumors that she could move into the federal management as the successor to Norbert Darabos were clearly rejected by the JG chairwoman and Darabos’ successor remained unclear even after the presidium. After the three-hour presidium, Faymann only mentioned a deadline until the composition of the federal management board should be clarified. The SPÖ boss wants to submit his personnel proposal to the next federal party executive on July 3 at the latest.
Obviously, it has not yet been clarified who should take on the role. It is not even clear whether there will be one or two federal managing directors. When asked about this, Faymann admitted, probably with a view to the era of Laura Rudas and Günther Kräuter, that such a constellation “did not work so well”. On the other hand, a division of labor is also possible.
